Mammoth German Gold Tomato

This variety is well named for its huge 2 lb. beefsteaks that are deep golden with red streaking. The coloration is distinctive from other bicolored tomatoes in that this variety is almost orange with more extensive red streaking, making for a very colorful fruit. High sugar and high acid provide excellent flavor. Heirloom variety from the 1800’s. Indeterminate. 85 days.
